Welcome to AwesomeApps, a collection of mobile applications operated by Tanvir. By accessing or using any AwesomeApps application, website, or related service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

By using AwesomeApps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps or services.
Services
AwesomeApps provides mobile applications related to productivity, habits, fitness, health, and utility features. Features may change, improve, or be removed at any time without notice.

Subscriptions and Billing

Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, designs, and related materials in AwesomeApps are owned by Tanvir or licensed appropriately, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer the apps except as permitted by law.
Third-Party Services
AwesomeApps may use third-party services such as authentication, analytics, subscription billing, push notifications, and cloud infrastructure. Your use of those parts may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.
No Warranty
AwesomeApps is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that the apps will always be error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanvir and AwesomeApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the apps.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to any AwesomeApps service at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated or if continued access creates risk or abuse.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the apps after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
